Foundation of information technology is an integral part of the curriculum at Sree pragnaa Gurukula School of IT is introduced as a tool to enrich students’ knowledge & the laboratories are equipped with the latest computers & other state-of-the art IT applications, including interactive learning tools & internet connectivity. A well-equipped computer lab with internet, multimedia and e-mail facilities caters to the needs of children.

“What I hear I forget, what I see I remember and what I do I understand”. The fully equipped science lab enables the students to build this aptitude during the early years. The skilled and qualified laboratory demonstrators instruct the students on practical understanding and inspire them to think beyond & perform beyond limits.

Alva’s Central School has well-furnished library replete with a wide ranging collection of books on various subjects, which are helpful to the students to expand their intellectual horizons. The reading rooms facilitate the students to pursue knowledge in absolute peace.

Sports and games are an integral part of any school curriculum however we at Sree pragnaa Guru kula School have made it mandatory for every student to take part in sporting activity. An Expert coach provides specialized training to the students. Athletics is given much prominence in the school. All the needed equipment’s are provided to train the athletes.

Well maintained activity room has been designed keeping in mind the various needs of the plethora of activities for all round development of children. We hone skills of the child, to think creatively and make learning come alive, we have installed activity room for Primary section.

School Bus facility is available for the students coming from different places.

Safety of the students is of primary concern of the school administration and campus is monitored rigorously with a CCTV surveillance system.

The school office remains open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a break between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. on all the working days including Saturday.

As per the regulations of the Education Board, a student who doesn’t possess 75% attendance, he/she will not be allowed to take the Annual examination/Board examination.

Separate hostel facility is provided for boys and girls. Discipline of high order is insisted upon in the hostels. Besides adequate facilities, wholesome food and conveyance from hostel to school and back are also provided. These hostels are managed by full time wardens under the constant supervision of the management. The parents/guardians are not allowed to stay in the hostels along with their wards.

To give proper and timely guidance, counseling facility is available. The students are advised to make use of this facility.

For all legal matters/disputes arising out of provisions of this prospectus, the court of jurisdiction will be that at the Mysore only.

We believe in being with the students in their academic achievements. We also respond to the timely needs of the students to achieve their goals. Hence the students who score below 50% in the tests and examinations are given more attention through extra remedial classes.

Coaching classes will be taken for the toppers to excel in academics.
